Hydra Aid offers free standard shipping with 3-6 business day delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, so please allow extra time if you placed your order on a Friday evening, during the weekend, or on a holiday.
If you are not 100% satisfied, contact returns@hydraaid.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the refund process. We ask that you share your input as to why you are requesting a refund, so that we may strive to improve your customer experience in the future.
